Rental rates for first-floor apartment: $500/week and $1500/month during High Season (November-August) and $400/week and
$1200/month during Low Season ( September & October). Includes 2 bedrms/1 bth/full kitchen. Christmas/New Year's and Thanksgiving

You can rent my lower-level apartment for you and your friends on your next trip to Nosara. The house was finished in August 2003. The house
has a total of four bedrooms, three bathrooms, with a living room, kitchen, and terrace on each level. The first floor apartment has two bedrooms
and one bathroom. I live on the top floor and I will be renting out the lower-level apartment. The first-floor apartment has a queen size bed in the
master bedroom and two twin size beds in the second bedroom. An interior staircase serves both floors with each having it's own entryway. The
view is great from both levels. There is a laundry/utility room on the lower level with outside entry. The house is equipped with all brand-new
appliances and kitchen items. Both floors have Direct TV and a Stereo/CD/Cassette player. There is air conditioning in the master bedroom in
the first-floor apartment. The lower-level apartment has telephone and Internet available.

My 2.2 acre lot is located in the new Villas de Esperanza development located less than 1 mile south of the prime surf spot at Playa
Guiones, Nosara, Costa Rica, and five minutes north of the town of Garza, known for its world-class offshore fishing. Also, it is located
about 300 yards South of the Nosara Yoga Institute. There is a beautiful view of the Pacific Ocean from the lot. The upper portion of the
lot is on a hillside with the lower acre on level ground at the foot of the hill.
