Casa Raz
Casa Raz is a newly-completed beach house situated on a quiet cul-de-sac that is only a 3-minute walk to the main surf
spot of Playa Guiones. The house was built with Surfers and Yoga students in mind. There are built -in surf racks, 3
hammocks, several towel racks, and an outside shower. The patio was designed to give yoga practitioners plenty of
space to do yoga and relax. Casa Raz is a 2 bedroom/1 bathroom house with a fully-equipped kitchen, large living
room, and large patio with space for three hammocks. The house is surrounded by large trees and jungle. There is
air-conditioning in both bedrooms, but it is rarely needed. There is a washer and dryer for long-term rentals.

Rates: High Season, $900/week, $2700/month. Low Season, $700/week, $2000/month. Exact rates depend on the

Casa M & M

Casa M & M is a 2 bedroom/1 bathroom house situated 3 minutes from the main surf spot of Playa Guiones. It is a
2-minute walk to great restaurants. The house is fully furnished with all of the necessities for a great vacation.
There is air-conditioning in the living room and ceiling fans throughout the house. There is also a ranchito with
hammocks for a relaxing siesta!!!!

Rates: High Season, $850/week, $2300/month. Low Season, $700/week, $2000/month. Exact rates depend on the
